BOLTON TECHNICAL MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY

Effective January 1st, 2021, Bolton Technical will institute a formalized structure for Minimum Advertised Price policy enforcement. By doing so, we ensure that Bolton Technical is cast as a premium manufacturer of antennas, cables, connectors, and accessories.

As we ensure MAP pricing adherence and branding guidelines, we maintain brand integrity. Please be advised that these policies are subject to change, suspension, or discontinuation, in whole or in part, at any time by Bolton Technical, at its sole discretion. Any divergence from Bolton Technical MAP or branding guidelines may result in suspension of reseller rights. Bolton Technical reserves these rights and may take any action necessary at its sole discretion.

MAP Policy

MAP is defined as Minimum Advertised Price. In all price sheets, the terms MAP and MSRP are interchangeable. MAP policies apply to all Bolton products listed on the attached pricing sheets. Bolton Technical may, from time to time, announce special promotional periods during which time this policy will not apply to select SKUs.

This policy applies to all Bolton Technical resellers and all Bolton products. Each reseller remains free to establish its own resale prices but must (a) NOT advertise products at a net price less than the listed MAP established by Bolton Technical.

Advertising a product at a net price below the MAP violates this policy. If you have the desire to offer product below our MAP pricing, simply add “CALL FOR PRICE” as your call to action on the product page. In other words, the “net price” is the publicly advertised price at which the reseller makes the product available to its customers.

This factors for all discounts, deductions, rebates, allowances, credits, charges, trade-ins, the separate price of products bundled with Bolton Technical products by the reseller, coupons, premiums, promotions, free goods and services and gifts offered with the product.

These advertised pricing policies are not solely limited to the websites, category pages, landing pages, or product pages, but also include prices listed in ads on third party platforms such as Google Ads - including shopping feeds, Facebook Ads, or any other paid media platform (be that platform digital, print, outdoor advertising, radio – terrestrial or satellite, cable television, satellite television, or terrestrial television).

Policy Violations

Bolton Technical will monitor compliance with this policy. In the event a reseller chooses not to follow this policy and Bolton determines to its reasonable satisfaction that the reseller has engaged in Advertising of any Products at a net price less than the MAP price, or if it determines that product(s) are sold by a reseller to any other person or entity which engages in advertising of any products at a net price less than the MAP, Bolton Technical has the exclusive right to determine what steps to take and may, in its sole discretion and without any liability under any existing contracts or agreements, may suspend the supply of any products for which the reseller’s advertisement does not comply with this policy to the reseller or to any distributor that sells such products to the reseller.

Warranty

Our policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from an authorized Bolton Technical dealer who signed a written agreement with Bolton Technical and only accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase a Bolton Technical product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your Bolton Technical warranty will not be valid. All Bolton Technical Products carry a 90 Day Return Policy and 2 year Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Coupons

Coupons are allowed as part of the Bolton Technical MAP Policy, but are to be used strictly to improve close rates. They should not be used to affect our advertised pricing. Coupons should be limited to a maximum of 5% off MSRP, and should be single-use only. Should a reseller violate these conditions, they will receive a notice of MAP violation.

Online Marketplaces

Only authorized resellers are allowed to list Bolton Technical products for sale on online marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Bestbuy.com, ebay.com, etc.). This includes indirect Bolton resellers who purchase product from direct Bolton resellers. Resellers are not authorized to create new product ASIN listings of any kind on Amazon or any other similar marketplace using Bolton SKUs or listings that have Bolton products in them.

Trademarks

All Bolton Technical Trademarks may not be used deceptively, either in ad copy (print, online, mobile or other forms of advertising) or a third-party website, and may not be altered in any way.

Intellectual Property

As part of this agreement, resellers are responsible for ensuring their use of keywords and ad content, including Bolton branded trademarks and logos, do not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights of others. The reseller also agrees to indemnify Bolton Technical for any losses by Bolton Technical resulting from the resellers’ infringement of a third party’s IP rights.
