Shipping & Returns


Shipping on all items is completely free within the contiguous 48 states. Should you choose to go a more expensive route, like shipping to a PO BOX, a small additional fee may be levied. We charge relevant sales tax based on the location of the purchase as determined by the shipping address.

Expedited shipping is also available on all shipments and this option is shown during the checkout process. For our friends in Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories the shipping fees are also shown during checkout.

We generally ship in-stock items the same day if ordered before 3PM CST. Our preferred shippers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Depending on the shipping options you choose, items generally arrive on time. For the contiguous 48 US States, First Class Domestic packages usually arrive in 7-10 business days or sooner. Priority Domestic in 2-3 business days. And Express Domestic in 1-2 days.

For Canada, add another 1-2 days. For other international destinations, add 5-7. These are only rough estimates and should not be taken as guarantees unless expressed by the delivery carrier.

Shipping During the Holiday Season

During the holiday season, some small parcel delays are to be expected.

*Due to nationwide supply chain madness, some shipments may experience delays. During this period we are not held responsible for payments on the expedited shipments that are not received on time. We will do our absolute best to keep all shipments on schedule and appreciate your business during these interesting times.

We've taken the following steps to address this:

  • Working With Shipping Providers: We work with our shipping providers to try and estimate daily holiday shipping volume. Our goal, and theirs, is to deliver your items as quickly and efficiently as possible. Consider enrolling in UPS My Choice, which provides you text and/or email updates on delivery status, and provides you with options to reroute packages.
  • Communication: We will strive to give you accurate updates of delivery times before you place your order and provide easy access to your order's tracking information.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Our same-day delivery service should remain unaffected.

Returns and Refunds

Buying from Bolton Technical is a risk-free experience. All our accessories are covered by our 30-day return policy, and we stand by every item we sell. You may return or exchange any product purchased from us for 30 days. There is no restocking fee for items returned within the allotted time.

We have 100% confidence in what we sell. However, if our team has been unable to provide a solution simply email ([email protected]) or call us toll-free at (1-888-987-2658). Please wait for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and detailed return instructions before sending any products back.

Our team will refund your payment after the product has been returned to our warehouse and your RMA has been processed. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Please allow 5-7 business days from the receipt of your return for the funds to be returned to the payment method used for the original transaction.
