Shipping Policy

If you have a UPS / FedEx / DHL account, we can use that to generate a shipping label.

If you want to use our highly discounted shipping rates, we can create a label using our account and bill you at actual for the shipping cost.

Expedited shipping is also available on all shipments.

We generally ship in-stock items the same day if ordered before 3PM CST. Our preferred shippers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx, with DHL for International.

Returns and Refunds

Buying from Bolton Technical is a risk-free experience. All our accessories are covered by our 30-day return policy, and we stand by every item we sell. You may return or exchange any product purchased from us for 30 days. There is no restocking fee for items returned within the allotted time.

We have 100% confidence in what we sell. However, if our team has been unable to provide a solution simply email (sales@boltontechnical.com) or call us toll-free at (1-888-987-2658). Please wait for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and detailed return instructions before sending any products back.

Our team will refund your payment after the product has been returned to our warehouse and your RMA has been processed. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Please allow 5-7 business days from the receipt of your return for the funds to be returned to the payment method used for the original transaction.
